To begin the pre-approval process please provide the following documentation:
 

  • Loan Application:
  • Copies of your Driver's License(s)
  • 30 consecutive days of your most recent pay stubs
  • 2017, 2018 W-2's
  • 2017 and 2018 Federal Tax returns, including all schedules. (California returns not needed)
  • If you've extended your 2018 taxes, we'll need 2016 & 2017 Federal Returns along with a copy of your IRS extension (Form 4868)
  • Two months recent account statements from all checking, savings and investment accounts (Lender requires all pages - even if blank)
  • Copy of your most recent Mortgage Statement for all properties owned. (If applicable)
  • Copy of your Homeowner Insurance bill for all properties owned. (If applicable)
  • Copy of your Homeowners Association Dues Statement for all properties owned. (If applicable)
  • If any applicant is a Military Veteran, please "Click" the following link: VA Certificate of Eligibility Form
Once we receive this documentation we will run your credit and review your information. If further documentation is needed we will notify you immediately.
